Because a decade of mistakes taught me what most consultants won't tell you
Here's what they don't tell you about building a coaching business:
Your internal operating system is probably more important than any fancy framework. And if you don't build a foundation, you'll always be an employee of your own business.
I learned this the hard way. I started my first side hustle at 11—selling mochi to classmates. By my mid-twenties, I was selling shell mirrors on Etsy while working in higher education, helping students build their college experience. But I sucked at being an employee. I hated being physically somewhere. I wanted freedom, but I also loved helping people and building things.
So I became an entrepreneur. And for years, I made it harder than it needed to be.
"I was scared of rejection, so I avoided sales and networking. My internal struggles kept me stuck."
The turning point came when I hit rock bottom personally. I realized I was making my life harder than it needed to be. I needed to understand my why—like, deep why—and get clear on who and how I wanted to show up in this world.
That's when everything changed. I stopped hustling and started operating. It took me about a decade to go from hustler to operator. My hope is to help you fast-track that—or skip it entirely—by having someone who understands where you've been because I've lived it.
Most coaches try to fix everything at once. I teach you to find the ONE system that, when built correctly, triggers transformation across your entire business.
Before we touch your business, we work on you. What's your deep why? What internal blocks are keeping you stuck? What does success actually look like? Most consultants skip this. I don't. Because your mindset, identity, and internal clarity determine everything else.
Now we build from the end back. What's the transformation you're selling? Who are you serving? What's your offer ladder? We create the structure—the blueprint—that supports growth without requiring more of you.
Finally, we build the systems: client delivery, marketing, operations. But here's the key—we use the D.A.D. Method (Delegate, Automate, Delete) to reorganize your role so you're working ON the business, not IN it.
You're not a hustler anymore. You're an operator. A founder. A CEO. This shift in identity is what allows you to scale past 20K months without burning out.

I split my time between Phoenix and Maui. I'm a single mom to one beautiful daughter. I love traveling, learning new things, anything near water, and yes—I'm boujee. I love the finer things in life. It took me a long time to openly say that, but I do.
I'm a woman of faith who loves family and tradition. I have a Bachelor's in Behavioral Psychology, an MBA in Healthcare Administration, and I'm a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
Before focusing on fractional work, I built and scaled three brick-and-mortar chiropractic clinics and a stem cell clinic with a business partner to 7 figures. I also scaled a nutrition coaching program solely to multiple 6 figures. I've been on both sides—building my own businesses and helping others build theirs.
I've worked with dozens of coaches 1:1 and hundreds through my downloads and courses. My biggest client success story? Giving them time back so they can be present for the things that matter. Revenue is great, but freedom is better.
I founded NMB Growth Partners, where my team and I work with businesses as a Fractional COO/CMO. But I created this personal brand because I want everyone to see how easy it can be to coach or own a business. My mission? Help you see how much you're capable of—and show you it doesn't have to be hard. You just need the right structure.
Clarity Converts. I coined this term because I've seen it proven time and time again: when you're clear, organized, and build the right systems to support your foundation, your business can easily scale.
It's very operator brain. Less hustle. More leverage. Everything I teach is around bringing structure to chaos, creating systems that support growth, and building a business that works with you—not against you.
More revenue shouldn't require more of you.

Whether you're at 5K months or 20K months, if you're ready to scale with structure instead of hustle, let's talk.
